Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer. This page is a plain-language description of how Pingzy works today. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and may change. Questions: admin@pingzy.live.

1. Who we are

Pingzy ("we", "us") is the AI outbound sales tool available at pingzy.live. This policy explains what personal data the service handles, why, and what choices you have. You can reach us at admin@pingzy.live.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — your name, email address, and either a hashed password or your Google sign-in identity.
  • Workspace settings — your company and product description, tone settings, sending limits and similar configuration you enter.
  • Connected Gmail account — when you connect Gmail, we store an OAuth token (encrypted) so Pingzy can send the emails you approve from your account and read replies to those emails.
  • Connected Calendly account — if you connect Calendly, we store an encrypted token to read your booking link and booking events.
  • Lead data — contact details of prospects that you upload or that Pingzy finds for you through third-party data providers, plus the emails sent to and received from them.
  • Usage and technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and server logs, used to run and secure the service. We use Google Analytics on the website.
  • Billing data — if paid plans are offered, payments are handled by our payment provider; we receive your plan and subscription status, not your card number.

3. How we use it

  • To provide the service: finding leads, drafting emails with AI, sending them from your connected Gmail, handling replies and showing analytics.
  • To send you account emails such as sign-up verification codes.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Google user data

Pingzy's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used only to send the emails you approve and to process replies to them inside Pingzy. It is not used for advertising and is not transferred to others except as needed to provide these features (for example, sending reply text to our AI provider to classify it or draft a response) or as required by law.

5. Third-party services

Depending on the features you use, data is processed by these providers on our behalf:

  • Hosting and database: Vercel, Render, Neon
  • Google: sign-in, Gmail API, Cloud Pub/Sub (reply notifications), Google Analytics
  • AI models: Anthropic, Groq
  • Lead data: Vibe Prospecting (Explorium), Apollo, Serper, Hunter, Snov.io
  • Email delivery for account emails: Resend
  • Scheduling: Calendly (only if you connect it)
  • Payments: Lemon Squeezy (only once paid plans are live)

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete leads from your dashboard at any time, and disconnect Gmail or Calendly from Settings. To delete your account and its data, email admin@pingzy.live.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To make a request, email admin@pingzy.live. If you are a prospect who received an email sent through Pingzy, you can use the unsubscribe link in that email or contact us.

8. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
