Our approach

This page explains how Pingzy relates to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Pingzy does not hold any GDPR certification; this is a description of how the service works and the tools it gives you.

Roles

When you use Pingzy to find leads and send emails, you decide whom to contact and why, so you act as the data controller for that lead data. Pingzy processes it on your behalf to provide the service. For your own account data, Pingzy is the controller.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis (such as legitimate interest, where it applies) for contacting the people in your campaigns.

Tools in the product

  • Unsubscribe: emails sent through Pingzy can include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed contacts are not emailed again.
  • Deletion: you can delete individual leads or many at once from your dashboard.
  • Disconnecting accounts: you can disconnect Gmail and Calendly from Settings at any time.

Sub-processors

The third-party services that process data for Pingzy are listed in our Privacy Policy. Some of them are located outside the EU.

Data processing agreement

We do not currently offer a signed data processing agreement. If you need one, contact us at admin@pingzy.live.
